In addition to these healthcare caregiver positions, we offer easy progression toward leadership roles. Administration positions require a state-approved training program and two years of relevant experience.

Sign Up Bonus

Work-life balance means a lot to us, especially in caregiving. Plus, it doesn’t help that you always have to be on schedule. That is why we have raised an offer for support beyond schedules. In addition, if selected, there is also a $900 bonus date ascribed for sign-up, which can be obtained after a period of time with us. This is the least we can do so the employees appreciate the work and time they render to us daily. It’s our goal that every employee earns their deserved bonus without breaking a sweat.

Lead Caregiver Program

We are proud that we also have Lead Caregivers who help us maintain the quality of care and those who support us ‘promise’ service to clients. The caregivers have ready plans that help them serve the clients directly in their households, all while auditing each of the caregivers to assess their performance and skill levels. It goes without saying that all the people we attend to are given the services they need, and most importantly, every person is treated according to our standards for caregiving personnel job descriptions.

Grief Counseling Support

Nursing Angels Inc. provides caregiver services but under a different scope. To put Nurse Angels quite simply, caregiving goes beyond a mere profession, but a vessel for compassion that is here to stay. Connecting with the people served by the caregivers and who their caregivers are is something that is greatly understood. In circumstances of someone passing away, they will provide counsellors for 1-2 sessions post-incident so that any caregiver who feels aggrieved can unburden themselves during what is surely a difficult moment.

Support

Nursing Angels Inc. understands that there is no ‘I’ in caregiving, so it fosters teamwork through open communication. Our caregivers can reach out to us whenever they like, especially when they are having troubles with a client, commuting, daycare, or any other personal issue. Supporting our caregivers and reducing their stressors helps them concentrate fully on delivering the highest quality of care.

Training

We do not simply hire caregivers but focus on empowering them. All of our team members are enrolled in regular training and skill development sessions to ensure that they are fully prepared and supported throughout their roles.
